Κάθε χρόνο, έτσι και φέτος πλήθος κόσμου συρρέει στη Βενετία τέτοια εποχή, για να γιορτάσει το μεγάλο βενετσιάνικο καρναβάλι. Η μαγική αυτή πόλη, γεμίζει με εντυπωσιακές στολές, αρλεκίνους και περίτεχνες μάσκες.
Το διάσημο, Carnevale di Venezia, φέτος είναι αφιερωμένο στον μεγάλο Βενετό ταξιδιώτη Μάρκο Πόλο. Η εκδήλωση του 2024 έχει τίτλο «Στην Ανατολή, το θαυμαστό ταξίδι του Μάρκο Πόλο», προς τιμήν της 700ης επετείου από τον θάνατο του εξερευνητή.
Φέτος το καρναβάλι της Βενετίας θα τελειώσει την Τρίτη, 13 Φεβρουαρίου.
